T&M Building Services Ltd operational headquarters are based in Birmingham from which we operate to our clients throughout the UK. Our Senior management each have an average of 25 years experience undertaking civil engineering and facilites management projects, additionally staff are PTS sentinel card holders with other personnel undertaking coss & lookout responsibilites.
During the working day all requests for work are handled by our business support team operating from our offices in Birmingham, who are happy to deal with your requests and offer assistance with the focus of our approach being one of total flexibility. We have pride in our high standards, not only with our workmanship but also our strong customer service commitment to ensure that all contracts large or small are carried out to the 100% satisfaction of the client thus ensuring the T&M Building Services Ltd management services can remain a trusted and respected name throughout the construction and rail industry. The beginning of the year 2009 has seen a continuation of our achievements with the company gaining accreditation to ISO9001/2008 which we only able to achieve by the outstanding commitment and enthusiasm of our staff and will be placed along side our other successful attainments which comprise of:

T&M Building Services Assurance
Our Management System provides details of controls and procedures to meet the supplier qualification - core requirements for Link up V2 and the requirements of BS OHSAS 18001 : 2007 BSEN ISO 9001 : 2008 and BSEN 14001 : 2004 together withspecific customer and legal requirements and additionally the requirments of these affected by our work activites. Regular Management reviews, internal and third party audits ensure that objectives are achieved.
A summary of policy is outlined below.
